Nursery provision

Nursery Sessions 

Our hours are Monday to Friday 8:45am to 3.20pm. We offer NEF funding (of which every 3 and 4 year old are eligible for) this is for 15 hrs per week. We also offer the 30hr funding and paid places. 

Session times - morning session is 8:45am-12noon, afternoon session is 12 noon-3.20pm and a full day session is 8:45am-3.20pm.

Morning/afternoon sessions are charged at £15 per session. Full day sessions are charged at £30.  

Please note, if there are any absences, due to child or parent/carer illnesses or missed sessions, then the full contracted fee is still payable.  Likewise, if your child misses paid sessions whilst on holiday, these sessions are still payable in full. 

These sessions have been selected to help with pick up and drop off of siblings in-school. This means you actually get 15min extra free every half day session! For a full time place that is 2 ½ hours extra a week for free!  

The Curriculum

We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum. This has seven areas of learning including three prime areas: Communication and Language, Physical Development and Personal, Social and Emotional Development; and four specific areas: Literacy, Mathematics, Understanding the World and Expressive Arts and Design. These are taught through topics which have been carefully planned to engage and interest the children. We encourage parents to contribute to the planning too by letting us know what your children are interested in.
