Remote Education Provision

While every effort will always be made to keep the school open, in the unlikely event it needs to close this will be communitcated through parent mail, facebook and Staffordshire School Closure page.

Should the school need to unexpectedly close, we will provide remote learning from the second day of closing at the latest. Where reasonably possible, we will provide this on the first day. 

Class teachers will plan a range of lessons appropriate for the stage of learning, point in the year and current topic. These lessons and acitivities will be emailed out to parents for students to access. Learning can then be emailed back to the teacher for marking and feedback. 

Please note remote learning is not available if a pupil is off ill short term and is only relevant in the unlikely event of a whole or part school closure. 

The aim of remote learning provision will be to limit the impact of school closure on pupils learning and support them in continuing to access a high quality education offer.
