At The Croft, we understand that the world of technology is ever-changimg and fast-paced in its developments. We value the role it can play in our future world but we also recognise the importance of supporting our pupils to be Computing citizens of the future: equipped with the transferable skills to keep themselves safe online. The technology our pupils will use in the future does not yet exisit and therefore educating them in personal information, privacy, rights, acting as a responsibile digital citizen, questioning and evaluating the reliability of information and how they can keep themselves safe is of paramount importance. Our dedication to online safety, extends to our entire school community with staff receiving regular and essential training and updates for parents and the wider community regularly shared through email, facebook, workshops, parents evenings and our school website.
Our Online safety lead is... Mrs Wetton
